I worked with two radio producers, Rob Rosenthal and Stephanie Philbrick, on a year long project about ten different stories on and around Casco Bay. The project took me from the oil rigs under construction at BIW to Ram Island Ledge Light on a little Coast Guard open boat on the coldest January day I could remember. I went to House Island and deep into the darkest reaches of Fort Scammel. The people I met along the way had so many fascinating stories about their lives and work around the bay. These images are just a small sampling of the final project.
